I’ve been a long time patient from the previous dentist Dr. G. I must say I was hesitant to come and give the new dentist Dr. Jeong who has taken over this office. I want to add I’m so glad I did she was so sweet and very professional to both myself and my son. The office staff was also amazing unlike how it was previously handled with Dr. G. Very unprofessional since their employees lack the knowledge to know what their website suppose info the clients. I talk to multiple agent on the phone to set up appointment plus, I went through the online check in process but had make a blanket trip thanks to their lack in knowing how conduct business. I provided my insurance multiple times throughout their troubling new patient information gathering . I absolutely love the great customer service I received from Netti and Erica. They both were very helpful. I was very pleased with my services today.
Staff is so friendly, and the doctor is very gentle with the patient. I love coming in and get my teeth clean. I would like say to the doctor thanks for everything you doing for me, and your wonderful staff.
