I am deathly afraid of dental work. I have good teeth and have never had a root canal before now. I worried for a week. Yesterday I had the root canal here. I knew that the initial numbing shots would be painful, and they were. When they were finished, the whole procedure was comfortable. Dr Parente is a very calming presence, works with a single goal and is very personable while completing the task. The whole staff was welcoming, and pleasant. Fantastic care in every way. Communication by phone was smooth, scheduling was easy. And regarding the procedures themselves (extraction and filling for 2 root canals) went smoothly, no discomfort during the procedure, and the doctor was patient in answering questions and explaining what was happening throughout the process. Highly recommended. If they offered the full root canal procedure (final crown) I would have absolutely gone with them.

I was very happy with the service that was provided to me by Lancaster Endodontics. Scheduling was timely and the staff was very friendly. Dr Parente was informative and gave me options for my tooth issue. We decided a root canal was the best option so here I sit with a numb face! Thank you!

I hate dental procedures, especially root canals, but…if I have to have one again I’d see Dr. Parente. His staff was friendly and accommodated getting me in quick. The procedure was over before I knew it and I didn’t feel a thing.

Pedro Parente, DMD was kind, calming in his manner, and generous with the novacain. My experience of having a root canal was a positive one.
