I can’t possibly say enough good things about this place! I was referred by my surgeon as I needed a root canal before another procedure. I have a strong fear of dental work but from the first phone call, to the walking in the door, the experience couldn’t have been better. Reception was kind and the dentist and assistant did great. They eased my anxiety through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.
I went for a root canal on a tooth that was done about 3 years ago by a different doctor.I remember it to have been horrible and painful. I was not looking forward to going through that again because the same tooth had to be done again. My experience with Dr Parente was completely different. I experienced very little pain at all. He and the staff are very friendly and professional.
Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and professional. Dr. Parente was thorough and explained what to expect during each step of the root canal. This was a pain-free experience.
I was referred by my Dentist to Dr. Parente at Lancaster Endodontics for my root canal. My dentist's exact words were: "He's the best when it comes to root canals". Dr. Parente, his assistant and front desk staff were all kind, courteous and friendly and put me right at ease. My wait was very short and I was in the procedure room quickly. If I weren't getting a root canal, my experience would've been a genuine pleasure. Doc was gentle and quick. Reception was very friendly. Nurse was thoughtful. Billing was straightforward. If you gotta have a root canal, this place is as good as any and better than many.
