Dr. Parente and his entire staff were very kind, professional and efficient! I had a root canal done this morning, and it was no big deal. Even getting numb was easy. I would sincerely recommend going here if you ever have the need. The office is very clean and nicely decorated, and they have all the bells and whistles when it comes to equipment. I highly recommend this place for root canal procedures. I had the most comfortable dental experience ever. I must say I dreaded before my appointment, but I soon changed my mind. The staff was very friendly. Pedro was very professional and made me soon feel at ease without dread. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
I would give ten stars. Dr Pedro Parente is the best for root canals. I was dreading it so much but he made me feel comfortable and was done in no time. I would highly recommend Lancaster Endo.
I have intense anxiety about the dentist...which is why my teeth got into such bad shape and needed a root canal. If only every experience at the dentist was like it was at Lancaster Endontics! I am deathly afraid of dental work. I have good teeth and have never had a root canal before now. I worried for a week. Yesterday I had the root canal here. I knew that the initial numbing shots would be painful, and they were. When they were finished, the whole procedure was comfortable.
