The cherry on top of this horrible dentist is calling now to be told they are "permanently closed". I say good riddance to bad rubbish. This is by far the worst service I've ever dealt with. Do not go there if you value your time, money and teeth.
Made a appointment they kept rescheduling, 3 months later I was in for the appointment and they said they are no longer taking my Insurance, trying to get my info forwarded to my new dentist so I don't have to pay for my x-rays they have done and it's impossible , Even there operater can't even get threw smh
I have been going here for years for regular dental and ortho work. This place has been on a steady decline over the years. I scheduled cleaning & ortho appointments over a month ago and they call me a week before and cancel the cleaning because they suddenly "don't have a cleaner available" and now call me the day before my ortho appointment because the Dr. is "on leave and don't know when he'll be back." I’m 70 years old and this office staff is absolutely the worst I e ever encountered. And that’s saying a lot! Took my 84 year old sister for new dentures. She’s been waiting since before COVID for these new teeth, and is not wearing her old ones because they are so ill fitting. So, no teeth. Went early Oct. The dentist was fine. Office staff said we have to wait for ins approval. I called mid Nov and they said (after waiting on hold extensively) to see if approval had come.
