I called to ask if they had a part I needed urgently before going on a trip, and even though they didn't have it, the guy looked everywhere he could and even tried to find other places that may have it, even going so far to offer me spare wire to make it myself! Great customer service.
Patrick does incredible work, fair pricing, and looks out for the customer. I took my travel trailer in to have some wiring sorted out and an inspection after I inherited it. I had never had an RV before. He went through it with a fine tooth comb, found some other issues we needed to repair, did everything for a fair price. He then spent 30 minutes with me when I picked it up to walk me through how to use all of the appliances and such, because I didn't know how. The rewiring he did was phenominal. Highly recommend them!
We just picked up our Keystone Premier from Lancaster County RV and are very pleased with our experience. Why are we so pleased? Scheduling was very easy and they actually worked on our trailer when they said they would. We were in need of an annual inspection and various inspections/repairs of the roof and a/c.
