I received an email from Subaru informing me there was a software update available for my car. It instructed me how to download it from home using my Wi-Fi. It states the download is free, and if I'm unable to download it I can do it at the dealership. As I didn't have close enough access to my home signal, I went to the dealer this morning. Lets hear why the service department erased a customers dash cam on a specific day when car was dropped off for service. The type of car that was dropped off, I'm sure someone drove it around and beat the piss outta it!
