I had never used the drive in before and they expertly moved me through the process. It was raining so it was a treat not to have to get wet. Advisor was prepared and took my name and documents for State Inspection. Called me to tell me what was needed and to get approval to go the work. Called me when it was finished. I paid and went home . Easy!
When I bought my car I was told that every 5th oil change would be free. So when I was in getting my oil changed for the 5th time I still had to pay 140$ and when I asked about it I was asked if I had a punch card. Why wasn't this explained to me. I do a lot of driving and 140$ for a oil change is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to regret talking my car to LCM.
