Lancaster Barns recommended a gravel bed to install my shed on. I specifically asked about concrete, or a more stable substrate and was told by them gravel is the best. 6 months after installation one of the French doors is off balanced and will not close. Was advised by them to jack up one side of shed to level it as gravel settled, making shed unbalanced. We used Lancaster Barns for a custom shed to hold our lawn & garden equipment. Tom was patient and very helpful throughout the designing process, and Linda helped coordinate a fantastic, smooth delivery. We knew we had to find a company that could build on site due to our yard’s grade. We prepped the pad & were ready for the crew’s arrival. I absolutely love Lancaster County Barns. They made me an amazing coop. The whole experience from the initial order to final delivery was easy. We emailed back and forth because I had so many questions, but Tom called to me to go over all the details, answer any final questions and complete the order. Delivery was flawless as well. Lancaster County Barns should pride themselves on their communication, professionalism and superior product. I will definitely recommend them.
