I live in a townhouse built by them. Lots of shoddy work discovered over the past couple of years. For example, idk how they installed the microwave, but it’s set up so that the steam directly hits the cabinet above causing uncontrollable mold to grow on the cabinet….But the biggest thing is when I closed, we blue taped the house with the inspector. Does not pay invoices. Current invoices due over a year ago with no response. Receptionist answers the phone occasionally and the leadership forces her to respond and will not take any of our phone calls.
I have to leave at least one star or it won’t let me leave a review. They deserve NO stars. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Threaten to list our house that was not completed if we did not agree to close on it. The addendum that we signed at the closing to complete the unfinished work was ignored and not completed. Now one year later they do not respond to any contact, we should have had a one year walk through but no one will answer us. DO NOT BUY A HOME THAT THEY ARE BUILDING.
