One of the worst appraiser I, my agent, the buyer and his agent, and the lender have ever seen. His appraisal came about $100k undervalue. He had manufactured homes as comps for a fully remodeled brick home. He did not take into consideration the condition that the home was in and ignored all the renovation and remodeling that was done to the home. Do not work with this company. Very slow. Will not meet deadlines. Has zero idea how to function in real estate. Very bad experience and very unprofessional.
BEWARE!! I rented a property from this con man and he took my deposit! He lied and said the house was trashed. I have photos and videos and also had my friends to come in to look over the property before we left to witness. I had to leave as he will not fix the property you rent. The light bill jumped high as there was a problem with the HVAC system. The people he got to repair it did not do their jobs. My wife and I are disabled and he took advantage of us. Would not recommend at all. He cheated me out of 2k on the appraisal and appraised me for 100k under my actual value. And would not even consider the reasons I felt his comps were not accurate. When I tried to have a conversation with him but he kept yelling at me and finally got mad and hung up on me. He will not communicate with me at all now
