Pat did a great job and saved me from having to replace my carpets by removing the stains and getting them cleaned up. Very responsive and completed the job the day after initial contact.

I'm not sure why I see so many high rated reviews for this company. And I'm being honest here I will give good reviews where it's due but I had my sofa and my carpet done and I was appalled by the way he did the cleaning. His ways of cleaning the sofa was spraying it with a cleaner and wiping it off with a cloth. Never saw that done before. Also my area rug he didn't even use a machine or anything to clean it. Never asked me if I was happy with the job. Never called afterwards to follow up. I will never use this company agai... read more
