We were so impressed with Lancaster Carpet Cleaning! Our carpets hadn’t been properly cleaned in over 12 years, and our front lobby area, especially, looked like new carpet.
No showed a job even after confirming two days beforehand. Did not answer calls or texts day of job. I drove 90mins one way from my new address to meet this company so I could officially move out. Completely unprofessional.
Made appointment for him to come out to do a simple one room cleaning on a room I already have sold and moved all the furniture out of,he shows up on time walks in my house without knocking, and then precedes to tell me he cannot do it due to not bringing any equipment,thanks for wasting my time,and losing our business why even show up if you didn't bring just the simplest of equipment for a small one room job
I hired this company for a “deep cleaning service”, The technician was in the house for less than an hour to clean 2 bedrooms and the stairs. the carpet looks exactly the same. When I brought it up to his attention he said “that’s all he could do” and proceeded to leave the house. I tried to contact him via text and I haven’t gotten a response back. We were charged $200 for a service that we certainly didn’t get. Don’t hire their services
Best my carpets have looked after being cleaned. Highly recommend.
