Arrogant and terrible with following up with everything
Even though they could not assist with personal injury or civil litigation for me, they were very helpful in regards to referral to other organizations also polite while discussing options.
Been calling since May to get a copy of my dad's will. It's now September and I'm still waiting, after 5 unreturned phone calls and 1 email. Making a complaint to the Law Society now.
Called twice to make an appointment and sent to assistant' voice mail . No return call.
My husband and I recently purchased a new home and sold our previous house. Rob and Valerie were outstanding with handling all of the details pertaining to our sale and purchase. They were available every step of the way, phone calls, emails, you name it. They were accessible, beyond friendly, knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. 10/10 and would recommend them for all your lawyer needs.
