No matter how many times you call in to try and talk to your child they will not answer the phone in the adolescent unit. It doesn't matter how many messages you leave, they will not tell your child you called. My child has been in the facility twice and it has been the same both times.

Dr. Amin of Lancaster Behavioral Health threw me out like trash, and refused to set up after care. I had no follow up care. Its been a whole year of the most miserable experience ever. Dr Amin hates me and told me im not worth the time , he told me I wasnt worthy of care. I am still depressed to this day. He made my life so much worse.

The employees were courteous but did nothing to protect someone else on the unit that had been threatened by another patient. The patient was able to walk around common areas of the unit fully around the other person that they threatened. Often those in these units do not have a say when they get out, so protect them while they are in there.

I currently have a family member that is with this hospital and I am just furious at the fact that I’ve been trying to reach a staff ALL DAY LONG for an update. I received no phone calls from the nurse when I have left two messages with two individuals to have the nurse call me back. I have must called at least more than 50+ times and it will go straight to the voicemail. I have left multiple voicemail for return calls and I got nothing. I was not a inpatient here but I participated in the partial program to get my mental health under control. The staff are all wonderful here. Food is good. They definitely helped me get back on track.
