The LBA cites a \$50 fee merely to speak with an attorney to see if he/she is right for the job -- a brief "initial consultation." In all other walks of life, I can shop for a service without cost. This arrogance is an example of why people hate lawyers. They dont get -- or simply dont care -- how obnoxious their cozy fraternity/sorority really is.
