I would give zero stars if I could...horrible customer service. Owner accused me of not showing up for my ride when in fact I wasn't scheduled until the next day. He was incredibly unprofessional on the phone and actually hung up on me. When my father called to get a refund, the owner stated "email me" and hung up on him too. The owner surely recognized his mistake later that day when he called my father back to ask for the refund information.
