I was travelling from Canada to visit my beautiful girlfriend who lives in Ironton and I noticed my car was making a weird sound from the front passenger tire and I spoke to Eric Who was surprisingly available on a Saturday morning and I gave him a call and he said to come right over and he found the problem within two minutes which ended up being a broken brake shield. Was going to leave a 1 star review because service takes forever and there is always the same grumpy old man at check out . But a new technician really went above and beyond to fix issues (stripped bolts) on my car, that one if their previous mechanics did! Over all I was satisfied with his customer service and the way he handled the issue.
