This is company is very unprofessional and they do not show up when they say they will and they do not call you to notify/call you to let you know, they do not have a set schedule for their technicians to come out they just say they will TRY to get someone out on the day you want. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Unbelievable.
Found listing for this service which was located in my town of Lancaster, Ohio. First call, I left a message. Second call, I spoke to a receptionist who sent a call out to their repairman and was told they would contact me to schedule my appointment. When the repairman called me and agreed tocome out to look at my refrigerator, he asked for my zipcode and then he stated that they do not service my area. How can you be located in this town but not service the town?

Well, I read the reviews, and the 2.6 rating should have been a clue, but I wanted to trust that most people are good, and boy was that a mistake. As with 50% of the reviews, at the last minute, literally, the booking agent called and said "we don't have anyone to work on a Bosch, sorry, we won't bill you for a service call." What a waste of an afternoon. Never again. When my fridge broke I called Lancaster Appliance Repair. He was honest with the diagnosis of my fridge that it will be cost effective to buy a new one. He actually showed me the uneven frost pattern at the back panel of the freezer. Service was worth my money! Why? Because they gave me good advice I paid for accurate diagnosis and good advice, you cannot deny it for appliances when its time is up- its time is up. Thank you, I will use again.
