Pros: staff is nice. Cons: facilities are outdated, and regardless of appointment time (morning or afternoon) or service provided (quick cleaning, fillings, etc.), the wait was far too long, often exceeding an hour before even being called from the waiting room! I spent way more time waiting than being worked on, and I felt rushed once I was being taken care of. Obviously understaffed and in need of some significant improvements.

Very disappointed with my cleaning. I have never had just a polish and floss for my cleaning. They wanted $185. Out of my pocket for a deep cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance. Still in shock that they called a polish and floss a cleaning? I am in contact with my insurance and they are shocked about this waiting for my case manager about this grievance. Not going back.

My daughter got 3 root canals and 2 years later they all failed even both of our fillings

Lancaster advanced dental has gone down a lot! There is still good employees but unfortunately I don’t like the dentist any more! I’m not sure what’s going on! But Dr. Michael isn’t a good person! He doesn’t care he was doing a root canal and didn’t care that I could feel all the pain and kept going even though I was hurting and also I was shaking it was hurting so bad. I don’t want them to do any work on my mouth anymore. My mouth still bothers me now and it’s been two weeks later,

My daughter got 3 root canals and 2 years later they all failed even her fillings are failing also on mine. I can't believe this place is still open. The older white lady was so annoyed by my 3yr old mind you he was just asking questions like what is that. Like a normal 3 yr old!!
