We were pleasantly happy with the new deck Lancashire Renovations installed. The work of removing the old brick stairs was quite a job but successfully completed so the new patio could be installed. Arrived every day on time and kept the work area as tidy as can be. The project was completed on budget and we hope to have Lancashire Renovations back again. Johnny came and helped us out while in a bind to getting a walkin shower put in for my mom with severe dementia and he was quick, meticulous and he truly comes to get the job done, no “island time” and his work and craftmanship is above all else I’ve ever seen, such a beautiful job. Thank you sooooo very much for coming to our rescue and treating us to such outstanding work. Now plans for our ensuite bathroom in 2025! 🙏🏻
