Horrible Experience that lasted over the span of two days. Quoted 3.5 hours max AFTER examining my hair, I was then unknowingly scheduled into a 2.5 hour slot , therefore when she was not done in that time, I was asked to leave and come back later in order for her to service an out of town client. This also happened the day before when I arrived to my appointment and she had a minimum of 60 minutes left on her current clients hair.
