Love training with Lana - hard work -but lots of fun and results!! Lana tailored my workouts when I had an injury to coordinate with my rehab.
This is a fantastic class, especially geared for women of “a certain age” but great for all ages, as well. Lana packs in a great workout in a 30 minute time frame. I’ve been attending for almost a year, now, and muscle strength and definition has, dramatically, improved. Thank you, Lana!🙏
I love Lana’s BarBells. I have been coming here for about four months. I had not worked out in years and was a little worried about doing things wrong. But Lana is an amazing professional and a wonderful person. She has guided me through every step and I feel so good now. My balance is better , I have more energy and stronger muscles. I highly recommend Lana’s Barbelles.

Lana has helped me work through recovery from medical issues and injuries back to good strength and mobility. I also love that it’s a women only gym. I highly recommend this gym!
