I purchased off-plan land and building package from Constantine. I paid 10% deposit and building never started. I have been waiting to get my deposit back for the past 2-3years. He keeps promising that i will get it back in the next 2-3weeks. The same situation happened to another 2 people that I know. This company doesn’t keep their words. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Company seems to be struggling financially really bad. Almost two years of waiting (while paying interest) and nothing in the end. There were a lot of promises, but no real work. For almost half a year now I'm trying to get my deposit back.

We purchased a dual occupancy/off-plan property from Constantine in Morisset, Central Coast a few years ago as our investment property and it was an excellent decision. I have dealt with Lanart Property on the purchase of my first block of land to build on. They were easy and very good to work with. As soon as the property is built, I would be more than happy to give Constantine, Alex and his guys to manage it in Morisset 🙂 Artem
