Been trying now for over 6 weeks for an appointment most days a phone call in the morning nope phone back tomorrow none left even for advanced anytime i just want to speak to a dr but no phone back tomorrow
You’re constantly jumping through hoops, trying to stay ahead of the complications this practice throws at you—yet, even when you follow their rules, they still manage to mess things up. Patients are left without the help they need, while staff seem more focused on pointing fingers at each other than actually solving the problems. It’s a mess of inefficiency, miscommunication, and neglect.
Impossible to get an appointment. I have 5 chronic Medical conditions and they have signs up saying anyone with a chronic condition will be given priority but I can never get an appointment. Worst practice in the whole of Scotland 2 years in a row
The worst GP I have seen in my entire life. I am registered at this GP for 18months , yet I can’t even get an appointment to speak with a doctor.
The services provided by this clinic are shocking, it's a third world corrupted country level or worse in some cases. You simply can't get an appointment, all booked within the next 2 weeks and you can't book anything after, you have to call 0830hrs, wait, often 40-50min just to learn that there is nothing available today...so you can try the next day and hear the same story again.
