Hopefully this helps someone to not have to go through what I went through. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in my life and I've been battling the medical system as a woman with disabilities and chronic illnesses for over 20 years. Dr Nazir was incredibly dismissive of all my other diagnosed issues, She Hyper focused on only one issue for a diagnosis appointment. When i have several previous diagnosis. And when i attempted to communicate that her suggested therapy wont work for me due my other health issues and due to them taking away personal possessions, i was refered to a exact same program but in a hospital or was told thats it and sent out the door. 0 attempt to actually meet or understand patients needs and cannot even read body language to see i... read more
They did an excellent job with my dog. The staff were very kind and professional. They also send you home with medication for your pet and explain everything, which is really nice because the other spay and neuter clinics did not offer that. The incision is very small and clean. Ruby is recovering well. Thanks for taking such good care of Ruby!
Disgrace to committed and compassionate healthcare professionals in our province! Ruined my family and mocked me during a meeting.
