I felt unseen , unheard, and dismissed by this physician. I'm happy to see as a surgeon patients are having a better experience.
Dr. Sam has been quite the Godsend!! From the first meeting via videoconference to after surgery care, I have felt reassured, comforted, and yoked with her on the surgery method (Robotic Assisted Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy with Bilateral Salpingooophorectomy, and Cystoscopy). Dr. Sam is truly an angel. She made the birth of my son the most magical and special experience I could ever have imagined.
