Lanakila offers professional, intuitively healing body work in a lovely space in downtown Santa Cruz. She has training in a variety of recognized methods, which she utilizes for best results for each individual. I have been her client since before the pandemic. The best!
Lanakila's great! I'm a long-time client with mobility issues and she goes out of her way to make sure I have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant massage every time. I really appreciate her caring approach and attention to detail, and her skills are top-notch.
Lanakila has the unusual combination of intuition, dexterity, physical strength, and compassion. I always have a better range of movement after a massage appointment. Being petite and doing physically taxing work I often end up injured by other massage therapist. She always has a creative approach to heal around injuries. The Santa Cruz community is so lucky to have Lanakila there.
Lanakila has been able to intuitively and kindly tailor her massages to my needs, and I feel completely safe in her care. After a couple of visits, my hip pain is almost completely gone, and I feel much more centered. I also enjoy that she honors my need to enjoy the massage quietly, only talking when I want to. Lanakila truly holds a safe and healing space for her clients.
Lanakila is a truly amazing massage therapist right here in the heart of Santa Cruz. I went in the other day for a 1 hour massage and walked away feeling so rejuvenated. Lanakila is a master of her craft. She integrates traditional hawaiian massage with swedish massage techniques. She recently moved into her new office, and it's a truly amazing place.
