Terrible experience usually when I go there I have the best experience today was a different story. I had Kathy instead of Annie didn’t think much of it first it was going normal then she proceeds to cut me multiple times and and then laugh about it, then dosent do the shape I want and when I said something about it she says that all she can do,then as she’s putting on my gems I ask for more and she says no because it’s gonna look ugly um excuse me I don’t think it’s your nails, lastly she proceeds to charge me $75 instead o... read more
