The porch enclosure build uses very high quality aluminum and the screens feel heavy, well tensioned and secure. I absolutely reccomend calling this team. It's going to hold up for a long time for sure. 5/5!
The sunroom renovation and repair was handled so well they upgraded a few things while doing the repair and the whole space looked refreshed

We had our front porch screened in, and a 16 x 14 lanai installed. They did an incredible job! They use really quality materials, and they work pretty fast. Everything looks great, these guys are real craftsmen, everything is very precise and very solidly built! I highly recomend Excel Exteriors, Vitaliy was a real pro and helped us through a lot of HOA stuff to get it done in less than 6 weeks.
