She listened to all of my concerns and helped me. The appointment didn't feel rushed at all.
Was suppose to be a new patient appointment was August 14th. They called to reschedule because she wouldn't be in office. Reschedule for following day at 2:00 I show up and no appointment. Whoever rescheduled didn't bother to put it in. I've only been waiting a month already after a crappy doctor in Norton network never set up needed tests. Then the woman in office says well we can get you in ,in September. No thanks! Get your office staffs head out of their butts.
Absolutely the best GP I’ve seen in the last decade! I’ve been a patient for about 2.5 years. Under Dr. Truesdell care I’ve managed to get treated for my blood pressure, depression, ADHD, and sleep; even helping me find affordable alternatives when medication prices have fluctuated. Dr. Truesdell has answered all questions and has kept the focus of our visits on my healthcare — not once have I felt judged or apprehensive about discussion a medical issue. Would give a -0- star if that was an option. Completely disappointed. Bloodwork I went in for was different than what was tested; not even close! For a physical exam, didn't even take my temp or listen to my heart. Isn't that standard procedure? All she did was type into a computer. I received test results from the lab (not from her) and received no follow up phone call from her or her office regarding those results.
