Have taken simple alterations three times. Work was mediocre. ..however the first two times work wasn't finished on time and this last time..it was returned to me on a hanger covered in plastic. I was amazed and pleased until I was home and removed the plastic only to find NO WORK WAS DONE! Seriously? ? Now, to try to get my $$ back - so clever to collect it up front!!! LANA, 3 STRIKES, YOU'RE OUT!!
This is the worst place ever! Took my daughter's dress in to be hemmed. Went to pick it up today because she has to wear it to a dressy party Friday. got there to find out they are closed until monday. now we have two days to find a new dress. my name and phone number were on the ticket, they should have called me. once i get the dress next week I will NEVER use them again.
