I was charged over $600 for highlights in 2017 & it took over 8 hrs for her to finish. I have really thick hair, but it was ridiculous. It should have gone to civil court. I can't remember the hairdressers name, but she no longer works there. She moves from Salon to salon. My mom owned a salon for 37 years in Chevy Chase.
