Awful building management. Will need do any maintenance for you and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone to get anything fixed. Have had a broken AC since move in and sent no less than 30 emails asking for help. Even had mold in washing machine upon move in and wasn’t fixed for weeks. Management is very rude and stonewalling. Concierge and realtor are great
Lack of security and response from management. Recently (July 2020) a homeless person got past security, slept on the roof and then stole tenants scooters from the hallways. During your tour, the leasing agent will tell you that the hot tub on the roof (which has been out of service for 4 years) is about to be replaced with grills for tenants. Do not believe them.
The apartments are top of the line condo finishes, with WD in each unit. Convenient to midtown, Hudson Yards, Chelsea. Staff is welcoming, love the boutique feel of the building compared to some big high rises in the area.
