I am so lucky I found Lana to teach me the Justisse Method. She is such a lovely human being, and made it easy for me to feel comfortable sharing details of my life and cycle. She makes it a priority to learn about YOU so that she can help you achieve your goals. I didn't only learn all the rules of the Justisse Method, but also learned how to improve my general health and the health of my cycle. Lana is one of the most applied and caring people I have met, it was such a joy to learn from her throughout my training in the Justisse Method. She was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. I knew it would be a special process when she mailed me a beautiful card all the way from BC just to say that she was excited to begin the teaching process! She went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had and I always felt that I was in safe and caring hands. I cannot recommend Lana enough!
