Lana of Lana Furniture was such a pleasure to work with. She makes sure that her customers are happy and get what they paid for. We bought four beautiful kitchen chairs from her but unfortunately one came slightly damaged from the manufacturer. Lana made sure to get the situation corrected and stayed in communication with us for the entire process. She really does care about her customers’ experience. Would highly recommend Lana Furniture!
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. THEY SELL BROKEN, FLIMPSY AND TOUCHED UP FURNITURE.
First of all let me start by saying, for the most part, Lana was very nice, accessible and helpful. And eventually I did get the dresser I had ordered. However the path to get there was a complete nightmare. There wasn’t one area of my life that wasn’t negatively affected by a simple furniture delivery. And although the issues weren’t the fault of Lana Furniture, it is their responsibility to be accountable for the delivery people they hire.
