Today I had an appointment for my daughter, while I understand things happen, no one greeted us, we asked two different employees if our tech was there. One employee said he had no idea and didn’t attempt to assist. The other said she is on her way, I didn’t like her tone but again I understand things happen. First time I got my nails done in 5 years, they did amazing! And the art i wanted came out perfectly!
Went here after my Friday splurge near the downtown shopping centers but this was the highlight of my day as they really took care of me for my appointment and every detail went noticed
Very clean and organized facility. Excellent communication from making the appointment to check in. I appreciate the texted reminders and absolutely love my amazingly talented nail tech!
