Here on holiday, my daughter and I just wanted to unwind and relax. We booked a head massage each. Wow amazing staff and fantastic massage. Thank you ladies, your professional skills and making us feel so welcome. Highly recommend Lanspa.

I did the Bali Deluxe pkg for my Birthday, I have definantly started a new tradition for Mothers day, Christmas, my Birthday & any other excuse I can make to go bck to Lan spa, so enjoyed the whole experience. I felt like I floated out've there & thank you so much to my therapist Chloe, was such great service, would definantly request her nxt time. So glad I took the time to include this in my Birthday celebrations.
As soon as I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Being offered a towel to dry off since it was raining. Then my beauty therapist, Maya greeted me with a welcome drink and we had a great conversation before my massage, which made it even easier to unwind and relax. The Bali package had everything I needed to unwind for the week. Maya was amazing at what she did. 100% going back!
We encountered a minor issue with our booking and use of gift voucher through the Fresha app however, Lydie at reception was amazing and went above and beyond to try and assist and ultimately resolved the issue. Our massage therapists were also very thorough and made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable!
