Don't go to the salon for haircuts. I took an inspiration picture and told her what I wanted and specifically what I did NOT want. Told her keep length, cut bangs and a face frame NO layers. I lwft with short layers, no bangs no face frame. She charged me $10 MORE than what she quoted me. Me I said something she laughed at me and blamed me for her mess up. Don't go to Natalia for haircuts, she'll do what she wants and blame you for it.

Lan owner answered the phone the first time and I then needed to call back. She did not answer I called back and she was hanging up on me Then she turned her phone off the hook. Very unprofessional and rude.

Walked in for a mani pedi as I’ve done in the past- was not greeted by neither employees. Waited 45 minutes for the women to come up to me and tell me I had to call and schedule an appointment. It would not have been a problem if I was advised as I walked in.

After seeing people recommend “Natalia” here at Lan Salon I decided to go in and get a hair cut from her.. I asked for her to just cut 3 inches she did the complete opposite she cut 8 inches off and it was totally uneven to the point where I had to drive all the way to Santa Fe just to get it fixed when I mentioned I didn’t like the haircut she started going off on me saying that’s what I asked for, she left me with a bob I hate my hair being that short why would I ask for a bob?!
