I booked an appointment with Emilia for October 9 at 1:00 PM. She mentioned it was an “event,” but still gave me a specific appointment time and I received reminders as usual. Shortly before I left, she texted saying she was running late. I even asked if she wanted me to cancel or what time would be better, but she didn’t respond.
