My grandma came in for her knee and lower back pain and Dr. Nguyen was amazing. She explained everything in simple terms and even used a 3D model to demonstrate which was really helpful. Both she and one of the MAs speak Vietnamese fluently, and since my grandma doesn’t speak English, this made her feel much more comfortable during the visit. Worst customer service ever!!!! Her english is so difficult to understand, very bad mood and the conversation was very noise because there was a child screaming and crying while we were talking. Finally Ms. Nguyen hanged me up. Very rude and unpolite.
Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. Very professional establishment and she takes the time to listen. Highly recommend!
She is proactive instead of reactive. Excellent listener. Willing to discuss and try different methods of treatment for best possible treatment and results. Awesome bedside manner’s.
