We hired Lan to come fix our foundation leak in our basement. They dug out the front of our house all the way to the Basement foundation. they dug too far out, they're operator hit our house several times with a bucket breaking and knocking brick loose underneath our bay window. They back-filled the hole and did not compact any of the dirt they redid our downspout drains which happened to have a backwards pitch back to the house after the first rain the gutter pipes dropped 8 and came away from the house wich caused the pipe... read more
LAN did a back patio and sidewalk project for me a few weeks ago. Although the job looked good when they finished, the sidewalk has already cracked after less than 2 weeks. No freeze and thaw, no equipment on the sidewalk. I have been calling for over 2 weeks to try to get someone out to look at/repair the FAULTY work. They have not shown up
Customer Service was not good. Called for estimate and it took 2 weeks for a return call. Not pleased! Went with competitors and completely satisfied. Returned call next day and salesman was there the day after to give estimate. Now that's how you run a business!
One of the worst ripoffs that has ever been pulled on me. I was promised a level house with metal beams in basement and removal of unsafe structures. I got a team of young kids and a floor jack. They worked approximately 14 hours. None of the unsafe joists were removed. Did not get my house level and shoved the rafters through my roof. And proceeded to try to charge me $10,000. I wanted an itemized bill as they tried to say it was materials, which were only 4 6x6 posts and some other wood $250 total. So I ended up paying $60... read more
