Would not recommend following the change in ownership. My favorite practitioner has left, and unfortunately the overall experience seems to have declined as well. I booked a 3:30 p.m. appointment for neurotoxin, and at 3:55 I still had not even been called back. When you’re paying a premium price per unit ($14+), I think it’s reasonable to expect appointments to run on time—or at the very least, to be kept informed when they’re running significantly behind. I have done microneedling with Zaida several times, and it is always a pleasure to work with her. She is highly professional, kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Lindsay is the best of the best. She is strategic with her placement and makes sure that your treatment is tailored specifically to your face, features and desired results. She is so kind and genuinely cares about your comfort! I have been seeing her for several years now and would never trust anyone else with my services!
