Jennifer is a sheer delight to work with. She takes a holistic approach to the practice. Her program is bespoke, tailored-always with laser focus- to my goals and physical limitations. I have spent a lot of time with trainers in the gym and Pilates studios but I must say Jennifer has figured it out. A nice bonus for me is that I have really torqued my golf game with the resulting lengthening and strengthening of muscles and increased flexibility over time. You will not find a better, more fun instructor than Jennifer!
