I ordered an item from their site 9 days sgo. On tne site it says the item is processed in 48 hours. You cannot call them (line doesnt work) And after 11 emails, someone just keeps replying "we have no orders in your name" But they did not ask my name & my email is not my real name. 9 days, no response, no shipping or tracking info..just sitting here waiting without any explanation of when my product will be shipped.
