We asked for price prior to getting the cut and it was quoted $45 for wash and cut, however, after the cut we were asked $85. We informed that we were advised $45. Then the last with grey hair replied , that was only for cut. Wash and cut is $85. I feel ripped off which I believe was their intention. Look at all the negetive reviews and Stay away from this place.

I arrived at Lam's hoping to get a haircut but received such an odd dialogue from the Lady with the grey hair. I stood in front of the shop so that they could see me. Usually hairdressers would follow up with a simple "please take a seat". However, she proceeds to tell me that "rushing the line wasn't going to make the queue any quicker" and "it didn't matter if I made a booking". Was greeted with a warm welcome by Lyn . Man this chick was freakin’ on point with her honest, straight-up vibe, she made me laugh so much , needed that I loved it. She did an amazing job on my hair and was so entertaining to talk to that I didn’t even find myself checking the clock to see how long it was taking. Loved the hair, loved the customer service, and she shared so many useful tips on how to care for your hair without wasting money on those overpriced brands! Came here every now and then. Price is now 40$. Would have been happy if the result was good. Some part of my hair were chopped off unequally so it looks really obvious. Didn’t see it when I was there because they styled my hair for some reason, I didn’t even ask for it.. Maybe it’s to cover that mistake idk. Sad thing is, the barber is the owner so I won’t be coming again. This is the second time it happened anyways, wanted to give it another shot but nope same results.
