Well, you can add another bad one from me! I was so happy to find a reasonably priced bulb for my Epson powerlite bulb that I bought 2. Well, good thing because the first one stopped working. The bulb after only 6 months is DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. It also never showed as good of a picture of the original bulb. It it not as sharp or bright. Bought tv bulb, it lasted 3 weeks. They put me through the hoop to finally today after 4 months finally refunded my money but without $11.99 shipping they said was non refundable.

Do NOT buy from them. I purchased a lamp from them and informed them within a few days my lamp was bad. They asked my to be sure it was installed correctly which I already knew it was as I had done it before. 1 month later, the bulb went completely out with my TV smelling like fire. I contacted them amd I am still waiting on them to respond. At this point, I have already purchased another bulb from another company and may have to replace my TV since it started smelling like fire.

Do not order from this company. I ordered an expensive bulb for my projector ($90). I barely used it (half the time I had it I was out of town and it sat turned off)... after less than 4 months it started making a loud clicking sound in my projector and stopped working. I was told that there is no refund and no return. After doing some research, it seems this company sells fake parts. I will never purchase from this company again and would strongly advise others not to waste their money here. I feel like I've been scammed.

The lamp would not function when received. Support was very quick to respond and send a shipping label stating the refund would be applied when the lamp was received. USPS tracking confirmed receipt of lamp but support would not respond to multiple emails requesting an update on the refund which had not been applied after three weeks of receiving the defective lamp. At week 5 an email was sent by the company stating they would not refund the shipping cost. I have filed a dispute with my CC company.
