Been here, done that… we’ve made purchases here multiple times since building our home 12 years ago and never stopped to think about reviewing their exceptional variety and assortment of interior, exterior, ornamental, functional and/or discretionary lighting, plus some other things like mirrors, frames, tables, etc. etc. If they don’t have it in the showroom, they’ll get it if its still manufactured! Their prices are reasonable. Their customer services is excellent. Nuff said! We keep coming back.
We are very pleased with our purchases at Lamps Plus and especially the customer service we received from Jamie. We walked in looking for a particular style reading lamp. Jamie directed us through the maze of lights to where they were displayed. We took our time, had a couple of questions, and decided on one we liked best. We asked for the discount we saw on the tag. Jamie said there was another (bigger) discount available and gave us that. She said delivery would be prompt (it was) and we are super happy with how it looks. ... read more
Absolutely Outstanding Service 😁 and quality.
This is the place to go for lights. Chris, the manager, has the unique gift of listening to what your vision is -and- giving confident guidance that curtails the innate frustrating fickleness in decision making. I’d hire him to be my designer at this point. There’s also a loyalty amongst staff there that is to be admired and supported. If they don’t have something in store they can ship it from the website seamlessly.
If you go in ask for Chris - he’s great!! Professional and puts customers first.
