Excellent in store shopping experience at Stevens Creek location in San Jose. Christoper was terrific helping us making choices and finalizing our order. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. However the delivery sucks! First i was told to expect delivery tomorrow and i was promised on the phone that i would be contacted one hour before the delivery tomorrow. The best place to shop for your lighting needs. Great selection displayed very well. Every lamp is priced. From hanging Lamps, ceiling and wall lighting, ceiling fans and more. Courteous and very helpful staff, who are patient and listen to your needs. I always enjoy going to Lamps Plus. They are the best!

He went well above and beyond to research our discontinued Origami pendant fixtures from 2020, coordinating directly with the vendor to secure the necessary replacement parts.
