Excellent in store shopping experience at Stevens Creek location in San Jose. Christoper was terrific helping us making choices and finalizing our order. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. However the delivery sucks! First i was told to expect delivery tomorrow and i was promised on the phone that i would be contacted one hour before the delivery tomorrow. The best place to shop for your lighting needs. Great selection displayed very well. Every lamp is priced. From hanging Lamps, ceiling and wall lighting, ceiling fans and more. Courteous and very helpful staff, who are patient and listen to your needs. I always enjoy going to Lamps Plus. They are the best!
I had a great experience with the Lamps Plus store in San Jose, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the Store Manager, Mek. He went well above and beyond to research our discontinued Origami pendant fixtures from 2020, coordinating directly with the vendor to secure the necessary replacement parts. I ordered two fans from this store: a 64" Minka Aire Artemis IV Brass and a 52" Visual Comfort Maverick II. The Minka Aire fan is great, and I’m very happy with it. Unfortunately, the Visual Comfort fan wobbles a bit, and my son gets scared whenever I turn it on. I called the store to ask for help. The first person I spoke with was kind and was open to send a replacement. He then transferred me to the person who originally helped me with the purchase. That second person was not as helpful.
