If you're ever in need of mirrors, lamps, or chandeliers at a reasonable price, then Lamps Plus is your go-to!!... my mother & I went there today to look for 2 mirrors for her primary bathroom as she's doing a renovation. Samson & the other associate (didn't get her name) with the GREAT/bomb nails was passed exceptional. They made us feel like we were part of their work family and the process from start to finish was seamless. We had a fabulous time, keep up the amazing work you BOTH do!!!
My husband and I spent the best time with Samson who was very knowledgeable and insightful with helping us decide what pendant lights look best above our kitchen island and a picture light for our artwork. His process for narrowing down our decision was very efficient and not overwhelming. Thank you for the wonderful conversation and showing interest with figuring out who we are as people and making this fun. We will be back for more lighting ideas…
I went in this store to specifically order bronze outdoor lamps. They sold me old bronze. They look black. I was very specific I wanted my lamps to match my furniture. BRONZE metal. THEY DO NOT. I came home to my lamps installed by my electrician & I cannot tell you how mad I am. This is not what I specifically said I wanted. If I wanted black, Costco sells these at a much better price. Never again Lamps Plus. You lied to me. I had no idea I ordered old bronze. I am a lay person. This is your job to listen to your customers.... read more
