Mario has been very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very patient, and he made sure that he explained all the available chandelier options that were available both in the showroom and online. He always had a smile on his face and would always give you an honest and straightforward answer. We came back for more items. Even Kia, the store manager was helpful too. The first fan was verry bad and Was junk Almost no air flow on high. It was expensive. When I took it back. They told me i'd have to pay a $50. Return Fee. Or by another fan from them. I took it back after 1 day. I bought another fan. It took a week to get.i was told 2 days in stock.when i called to Complain I was told i should have shipped to my house was not very nice.the staff was not that good.i used buy a lot from them not anything this year.will not go back again
