The owner of lamps is destroing his business .Tim the owner is as rude as it gets .He will also over charge you 2.hours 20 m he will charge $475.00 when you approach to ask why so much he starts to freak out on you telling u he is not going anywhere until you pay him .then if you tell him you will go to bank to get money he will tell you that he will follow you to bank .Tim should not be running a business he yells and says that people don't want to pay for his service well when you overcharge at a ridiculous amounts of cour... read more
Amazing customer service. Lamps not only showed up on the same day of call but was able to fix the air conditioner on the spot. He explained the problem and was honest about the potential of this being a temporary fix as it’s an old unit. We are thankful for the excellent customer service during this heat wave!

The young guys came to fix our problem were very good ,but when we went to pay the bill the guy not very nice yelled at my husband an offered to excited my husband out royalty to the door an we were only there to pay the bill ,want to charge us a half an hour more on our bill cause he said we were late getting to his house ,but my husband says maybe take your 1/2 hour off the bill that your guy said they took extra when their machine wasn't working
