Lamprey was called out to check on a potential septic issue. They arrived, said it was an electrical problem, charged $300 and did nothing. A call into them indicated they received the call at 7am EST and they were told it was a rush. Truth - my contractor called them, told them when they had a chance go out and it was after 9EST. I know that for a fact - because I didn't learn of the potential issue until 7am MST - which is 9 EST.
