I had a review that said I loved living here but Lamplighter has changed management so many times now, and the lot rent just keeps going up. The management still doesn't bother you at all so that is a plus. Also when I wanna pay online, the fee for processing is $12 and that's just kind of ridiculous. Mills used to put down pellets for bugs, and trim the trees that surround the houses, but I don't think I've seen anything like that anymore with Warrick. One of the nicest up kept trailer communities in town!
I love living here. Mills never really bothers you. They maintain the peace, and encourage well being. It's a nice place to live.
